All jewelry components and workmanship are guaranteed against breakage
during normal usage for 1 year. In the unlikely event a piece breaks

. Because each piece of jewelry uses unique components it is
important to return all the components to expedite repairs.
Watch Battery Guarantee
Every watch purchased includes an extra battery to guarantee at least six months of battery life for your new watch.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not delighted
with your new, handmade jewelry you may return it for a refund or
exchange within 30 days of arrival.

Shipping
Jewelry is shipped via United States Postal Service, $3 for First Class or $6 for Priority class
within 7-10 days of order and will usually arrive within 3 days
of shipping. You will receive an email when your jewelry is shipped.
If you would like "Rush Delivery" please contact
us for availability; additional fees will apply. If shipping
is delayed you will be notified via email. Note: shipping during
the holidays may take longer.
Insurance
Insurance is recommended for all purchases.
Insurance is a flat rate of $1.50 per order (for the full value of your order). You may decline
the insurance coverage (and fees) by unchecking the insurance
option box in the jewelry store checkout.
On-Line Ordering Security
Orders processed in our on-line store are protected by security
encryption (secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption) so that information
cannot be read by outsiders as it travels over the internet. This
applies to your credit card number as well as your personal information.
