Return Policy:  Your satisfaction is of highest priory with us and to insure that we offer a “return for any reason” within 7 days from the day you receive your shipment.  All we ask is that you notify us by email or phone call and that the item(s) be in unused condition and returned to us original packaging along with the invoice.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded, but the purchase price will be.

Shipping:  Our regular shipping is by Priority Mail with the US Post office.  In most circumstances, your order will ship within 2-3 days from receipt.  You will be notified by email if for any reason shipping is delayed.  Shipping during the holidays may take longer.
 

At this time we ship to United States addresses only. All prices are in US dollars.

Regular Shipping Rates

Expedited shipping is available upon request.  The actual shipping cost is added to the standard S&H charge posted.

Payment Information:  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or cashiers check or money order.  If you are paying with a certified check or money order, your order will not ship until payment is received.  Please make checks payable to:  Classy Sassy Design.  Personal checks and CODs are not accepted at this time.  Our mailing address is: Classy Sassy Design, 2430 SE 8th Place, Renton, WA 98055.

Classy Sassy Design uses a secure server (SSL encryption) for secure e-commerce transactions so that information cannot be read by outsiders as it travels over the internet.  This applies to your credit card number as well as your personal information.  Even with this security, we recognize that some of you may not be comfortable sending your information over the internet.  You may fax your order and payment information or you may contact me in person.  See Contact Us page.  Do not email your information ie credit card number, as this is not secure.
